The entrance looks like a normal sewer hole in the street- with a men-in-black style guy standing next to it. Once allowed to pass, you climb down a ladder and are thrust into complete darkness. You go to the end of the tunnel where you hear loud music and see flashing disco lights & crowds dancing. The best party below the busy unsuspecting streets above.
